I see this done in a lot of artwork, usually in an exaggerated way to show a penis is really huge compared to the foid
I'm skeptical it could occur IRL though because it's quite the maze you'd need to navigate to hypothetically do something like that.
Like it might in theory be possible if the vagina was stretched over time by putting pressure on the anterior wall to deform it (traction-based hyperplasia) but one of the things I think artists forget is that there is a pubic bone right beneath the clitoris.
Shit like this for example would be impossible - you could never see a continuous line of a penis due to the pubic bone being in the way:
the line of the shaft would need to be interrupted because the dick would need to bend behind the pubic bone, basically
Illustrations which show both the pelvic and vagina together to understand this placement help to illustrate the point:
a key aspect you can also see in the 2nd picture is that between the pubic symphysis and the vagina is the urethra/bladder
so even if your dick curves towards her belly so it could poke out above the pubic bone of the pelvis, you're going to be putting crazy pressure on the bladder meaning it'd have to be empty (or nearly) to get any sort of realistic 'dick outline'
I guess in theory you could slide around the bladder but you'd need a crazy kind of unrealistic dick-curve to do that, so with dicks being relatively straight you're inevitably going to be flattening out the bladder (maybe it buldges out to either side if it's full?) to create an impression on the belly above the pubic symphysis.
I basically don't look at much 3d porn these days so I wouldn't know where to start looking to see if stuff like this ever actually occurs IRL, has anyone ever witnessed it?
