JFL Has anyone else just stopped caring about their appearance

I haven’t gotten a haircut in 3 months and haven’t shaved for weeks. My Dad said I look like a dirty fucking caveman. I don’t even care anymore. I just wear a visor 24/7 so I don’t have to do anything with my hair. What’s the point in getting a haircut or shaving when it’s already over? I was ugly as fuck when I had a chad haircut, and a trimmed beard so what’s the point in putting in effort to raise myself by a measly .5 on the looks scale. It’s over.

You're right. There no point. As long as you look half presentable then who cares. Although my family say I look Amish

Stopped lifting a few months ago and hair is a mess. Also eating whatever i want now.

I stopped cutting my hair and trimming my beard. I still brush my teeth, lift and eat healthy.

I’m okay with looking like a hobo, but I’m not okay with looking like a flabby soyboy cuck.

Same here BUT I get a hair cut to ease cleaning my hair, shave down below so it doesn't smell for my self alone AND trim my beard so I'm not mistaken for a White ISIS convert.

Yep, i went through a long period where i was was ashmed to even look my own family in the face...now I just don't a fuck anymore..medication im on probably helps
