Very few have ascended, u can't ascend if u have infixable flaws, such as height or race. There's probably a handful that had some sort of jaw deformity got it fixed and ascended though.

Yeah ofcourse you can ascend, the younger you are the more likely you are to ascend (still low likelihood but more than someone above 21), but it's definitely still possible.
But if you're a truecel you wont ascend (Traits you can't salvage) like subhuman height, very ethnic traits (especially curry ones), bad facial features that can't be fixed through surgery, terrible frame.
