It's not that bad if you have decent shape skull. Without hair you are loosing 2 points looks wise. But there are some advantages like low maintenance. I had to shave myself at 18. I have nice skull but with a deformity (boney lump on top of head) and I guess that without it I would feel so much better and confident, allthought still not attractive, at least not awkward.
