Gym only works if you have a good genetic jawline and you are already tall.

Yeah but i think it has its limits, like it's not that outstanding as it was say 30 years ago, it's almost the norm. It's the bare minimum to be seen as a human by foids IMO. Short guys are still ridiculed after gym. I don't feel like doing it if not to ascend and i feel pretty cucked for it when i do it.
I'm trying to exercise at home with mostly push ups and bar pull ups, but the latter tends to make me have headaches after a few moments i finished the series (idk why this shit happens, autism side effect probably), so i'm not gaining mass. So i don't get any motivation to keep doing it, because i don't see results and what motivation i have left anyways, just for work and it's LDAR.
 
I dont do gym for women. I do it cause i like it and it makes me more calm

Exercise at home is cope unless you do bicep curls and bench pres

For me it was not enough to ascend. I gymaxed, leanmaxed and stylemaxed and still kept taking Ls. Geomaxing is my last hope.

Still happy I went through it because I feel much better.
 
From my experience, no. I put on a bit more muscle than I expected out of my shitty ectomorph genes but that didn't change how I was treated. Face matters way more than physique
