They always like to claim that being overweight is bad, but did you morons know that your heart can't tell the difference between added muscle or fat? Both of them stresses the heart on the same level, so thinking one or the other is better is stupid. Also, most gymcopers don't do cardio so they have the same risk of heart failure as fat people.

Yes I'm a gymcel myself but I don't try to claim moral superiority over others. I know that there are health consequences to bodybuilding too.
 
gym is only helpful if ur 6/10+. if ur sub 6 ur unremarkable face will stick out like a sour thumb and ur chiseled physique won't distract from that in the slightest. and don't forget how detrimental being a manlet or having a shit frame is. there's no miracle gym in the world that can correct those defects.

You have a point. Bodybuilding is a bit unhealthy. And it doesn't do much to help unless you are already reasonably attractive.

Whenever I see a fat fuck in a wheelchair or scooter, I genuinely don't think they ever intended or wanted to look that way. I would bet you most of them wished they did take care of themselves and didn't have to use extra large seatbelts or seats (inconveniences in your life).

Same with when I see homeless people searching through the trash for food or sleeping on a bench during a super cold night. I bet you they never intended for their lives to be like that. However, they clearly didn't look out for themselves and life happens and now they are fucked.

It all depends on the frame. If you have a big frame but are sub-6, you can atleast gymmaxx so you’re not too much of an easy target for physical abuse anymore. If you have a tiny frame (like me) it’s over. Fucking NIGGER!!!!!! The world is so unfair :feelsping: :feelsping:

Do whatever makes you feel happy. This is one of the main reason I hate bodybuilding and retarded weightlifters, they put down other forms of sports when bodybuilding is probably the worst of them all and isn't even athletic nor is it a sport.

I might be a gymcel, but at least I'm not projecting superiority over other people trying to stay active.
