You are never going to be Chad so hope you aren’t using it in the hope you will ascend; you will only look like an ogre and scare Beckys more than you already do.
If you are doing it just because enjoy exercise and being healthy rather than LDAR then okay.
But gymcelling to ascend is stupid because a muscly guy who’s ugly is just an ogre, not a Chad or anything near Chad really.
 
Not currently a gymcel but have some plans. I have a goal of 50 consecutive pullups and a flat chest with some ab definition.

Okay but WHY? Are you doing it to ascend? Or just because you want to be healthier than LDAR.

A ripped physique. Just need to learn to not give up before the diet is over. I'm good at bulking and building muscle, but suck at getting lean :kys: I lose fat fast and it's going really great and I'm feeling great, then when I start getting lean and I am seeing a six pack, I start getting extremely hungry and lethargic.

I know that getting ripped will at least improve my face, which will drastically increase my chances of leaving inceldom behind, especially when I get a hair transplant also.

And a great body is a nice bonus. Anyone who says that body doesn't matter at all is coping. Sure, it doesn't overwrite face and if she doesn't like your face, she won't find you attractive regardless, but it will put you ahead of other guys at your own looks level.

Next year when I've got my HT and my hair has grown out and I'm at 8-10% body fat, I will give losing my virginity a good try. I've got height and frame locked down, I just need face.

- Maybe I can lower my libido. I don't know if this is true, but i heard this can happen to hardcore athletes.
 
I’m a gymcel. Not to lose weight but just to be able to do my job.

You can do things like going to the gym or just generally not LDRing without wanting to ascend.

In my opinion it’s a waste of time to even try to ascend. Do things because you want to. Anything else is worthless.

Gym can help you change your bone structure. By working out you can make your hips narrow and your clavicles wider. And by doing body strech exercises you can grow up to 3 inches taller. It also makes your penis larger if you eat healthy along with exercise. Don't trust my sig

No, you can't. Your clavicles won't grow if you're done growing. They also don't respond to training and grow because of hormonal changes in your body and your DNA is telling it to.

The hip area can actually become slightly wider from doing certain exercises, not the other way around, unless you're fat, in which case it's you being fat and not your hip that's the problem.
 
To be sincere, I get a kick out of watching my body after working out, plus it helps a lot when I go bouldering. Too sad I can't change my face :/

I love watching my body in the mirror with a good pump and some good lighting when working out. It feels so nice standing next to someone and width mogging them to the moon and back. I just have to ignore my face in the mirror.

If I stand at a certain angle where the best lighting is, I can make my arms look 20 inches. It's insane what some lighting and some angles do to your physique. If only we could look that big in natural lighting :(

Oh, boy, you.. Yeah, if you sleep on your side (not on your back) with a 5 pound dumbell on your hip your hips will become an inch narrower after 2 months. Also, if you do military press your clavicles will get up to 2 inches wider in 3 months. Don't trust my sig..wink, wink, get it

Your life quality is much different as a skinny guy than it is as a fat guy, it's like night and day. Being able to go outside and maybe at least go mountain climbing or some shit is good.
 
I don't have anything else to do, and I want to get the body of a Greek God so men will respect me and I will have more self confidence.
 
I used to be skinny, now thanks to gymcelling and diet Im finally gaining weight and mass.

I also run sprints (HIIT) a couple of days a week, but recently Im abstaining because it makes me lose weight.

Gymcel is important because you need to be lean so your coffin may be lighter to transport.
