TRPers often suggest lifting for the sole purpose it will make you look better. Newsflash: at BEST lifitng can round out for muscles and maybe maybe you look better shirtless at a low bf%, however when it comes to having your shirt on, genetics rule.

I see so many new gymcels have this delusion that after 2 years of lifting they're going to have imposing, wide physiques. However, they fail to realize that how you look shirt on is 100% determined by your bone structure. Your shoulders are NEVER going to magically get wider. Thats it. Those are the obsidian barriers of your physique.

If you think I'm kidding, just go out and take a look at some Chads. Hell even watch amtuer porn. Most of these chads have like 20% bf and are untrained, but sitll look "big" shirts on. Thats how they get laid.

Tl;dr: If you can't get laid shirt on untrained, its over. I've been lifting for 6 years and SMALL SIZED SHIRTS hang like a tent on me.
