Here's mine

ABABABx

A:

I. Weighted dip 3x5-8
II. Neutral grip dumbbell bench press 3x5-8
III. Neutral grip dumbbell standing press 3x5-12
IV. Standing skullcrusher 3x5-12
V. Bulgarian split squat 3x5-12

3 min rest per set

B:

I. Weighted chinup 3x5-8
II. One arm dumbbell row 3x5-12
III. Dumbbell upright row 3x5-12
IV. Good morning 3x5-12

3 min rest per set

Va. Weighted decline situp 3x5-12
Vb. Weighted Russian twist 3x5-12
Vc. Hanging leg raise 3x10-30

3 min rest per circuit

Also three 30-40 minute LISS cardio sessions a week.
 
1. Hit the gym brutally for 5 hours.
 
I don't have any sort of routine. I train those muscle groups that I feel is ready to go for particular training session.
 
I don't exercise much, i will soon get a physical job so that should help me loose some weight.
 
I do a push pull legs cycle. Push main workout is bench press plus a few accessories, pull is deadlift plus a few accessories, legs is leg press plus a few accessories. I mix up the accessories to just try to cover all my bases over time.

inb4 no leg press only squat. Squat's a fine overall exercise, but deadlift covers that on pull day. For legs nothing beats a heavy leg press.
