I am stressed out trying to figure out how I will be able to lift without access to my gym. Soon it will make sense to stop going, and my state eventually might become like Italy where I might be barred from the gym. I am just planning to buy some dumbbells and have those hold me over until April or so when this blows over. Dumbbells are super expensive though and I’ll need multiple sets. Anyone have a good place to get used equipment I can clean? What are your plans boys?

I’m just going to

My car.

my gym's still open. If it closes guess I'll just have to wait it out.

I have a home gym in my cave.

making gains and getting infected at the same time
seems like a win-win

I scare the virus with my size

tl;dr : I don't care

Take a risk really.

Just get a barbell with weights. You can do a ton of different heavy compounds just with a barbell and weights for it.

Try doing some calisthenics exercises

like I'm afraid of getting it but I don't care if I get the virus you know I'm incel in the end and mortality rate for young people is so low why would I be afraid then bro

Lifting is such an incel activity JFL

Stop eating so much and swap Mountain Dew with mineral water.

All jokes aside my job is quite physical and I haven't been to the Gym since November.

I would keep going if I could especially since I can work from home and can’t infect anyone, but the gyms will probably close

I’m looking at pull up bars and similar tools

I would just continue and hope I die

Like I always do. In my basement Home-Gym

Why would I be concerned about corona virus at all? I'm unlikely to die from it and I don't really care if I do

I stopped going lol, it's not worth dying for
Oh yea you already have some pre-existing illnesses. Cope well bro

I feel the same way, but governments will clamp down on everything to protect those who will die I guess.

what do you have in it? I’m gonna go to Dicks today and buy two sets of dumbbells, but if I’m stuck at home for a month or longer, I might outpace those. Unfortunately, I don’t have space for a barbell and weights.

I’m not a gymcel

What I have:
- Power Rack (pull up bar build in),
- 45lb Barbell,
- Adjustable Bench
- Dip bar,
- 535lbs total of Iron plates
- Two 45lb bumper plates
- Belt for weighted Dips and Chin ups

Extremely brutal if you can't have a barbell and weights. Its is the best way to make progress.

Just shit on the gym floors. It works for curries. Build everyone's immune tolerance.

Damn, that’s a nice setup. I need to get a house so I can have a proper personal gym
