All right let me be more specific.

1.) You loose fat when you are in a caloric deficit.

2.) Exercises hardly burn any calories.

3.) You can't spot reduce fat.

You should cut down your Calories. Eat low calorie dense and satiating foods like lettuce and protein. 300-500 deficit is ideal for a long term consistent fat loss.

You can't out train a bad diet.

Tldr: put the fork down
