i have wide hips. I tried gymcelling as skinny fat, spent 2 years and the results where pretty decent. but my weight lifting progress was laughable, i had to cut until i was skelly mode which took like 1 year just to make my love handles go away. then bulked back up. 2 years and all i got was a 2 plate deadlift and 1.5 plate bench. i just stopped and didn't want to put my self though all that work for nothing because im a turbo manlet. i'm full on stemcel now and liking it better.
