What is the best workout regiment to lose weight quickly?
 
PSMF + Full body workouts (lifting heavy) Twice a week

There are workout everywhere on the internet, an incel forum is not the best place to ask this question. I would suggest you overview nutrition first because excercise alone cannot help you lose weight quickly.

I'm somewhat of an intermediate in gym/fitness, don't think hard about all this. Walk for an hour every day, remove all the things that you know you shouldn't be eating from your diet and find a bodyweight excercise program online for free. Other than that it just takes patience and perseverance.

I meant just drinking water and not eating, the mixture I recommended is for electrolytes.

the most important thing is that you are consistent. People fail dieting because they give up after 2 weeks, binge for 4, get back on for 2, binge for 6, get back on for 3, etc etc etc. Hence the term "yo-yo dieting"

How long a day?
Start with one hour and work up in months to 3 4 hours a day.

Do that for a year and longer you will notice significant difference and improvement on your body. Good luck.

the key things are probably calorie deficit in eating and doing cardio (running, etc.) in the gym
as for eating, I'd google about intermittent fasting; and as a cardio exercise, I would consider high intensity interval training (HIIT)
