I'm usually in gym 50 minutes-1 hour and 20 minutes
1 hour weight lifting stimulates the muscles good anything more is counterproductive.

Well for example a bench press uses chest muscles as well as triceps while a tricep pull down targets only triceps. This is compound vs isolation

I dont have a bench press but I can still daedlift
 
I'm 100-102kg @190cm, 13-15% bodyfat, and I'll tell you compound exercises are shit. They make the gorilla fat men, not aesthetic guys. If you wanna look aesthetic, isolation is key and what I've been doing

Yeah I fucked up a week ago.

I wasn't paying attention and did biceps and triceps first before doing benchpress. I couldn't even do 1 rep and got stuck halfway.

can you give me an example of an isolation/compound exercise?

Dumbell bicep curls counts as an isolation.

Benchpress is a compound exercise which uses the pectoral muscles, biceps and triceps, and some other ones mixed in.

The reason why you do compound exercises first is because isolation exercises tire out the single muscle group completely. If you follow an isolation exercise with a compound exercise that uses the same muscle group, you will fail spectacularly.

Like, in my case, my pectoral muscles were completely unused, but my biceps and triceps were completely exhausted. So I was able to push the bar slightly above my chest very easily but I couldn't move it at all after that.

I used to weigh 45kg/100lbs and went up to 69.9kg/154lbs before my back injury.
