Being a wristcel is a curse for anyone trying to gymcel. You have to use your hands for most of the exercises and exercise equipment, even if you focus on other muscle groups. Having extremely thin and weak wrists makes exercising and training your upper body almost impossible since your wrists get damaged before you see any result. I have had this happen repeatedly to me, I have gotten into a gym routine, just as I start seeing results on my body and start feeling good about myself, I get damaged wrists that make any further effort impossible without damaging them more. So I have to rest, lose my gains and I'm back to square one. I fucking hate my skinny shit-tier wrists. Even with support straps my wrists hurt and not in a good way, it's bone and tendon that gets overloaded, not muscle. Pic related, it's my subhuman incel-wrists (caused by shit-genes IT).
