Ever since December of 2017 I have been at the gym 4-5 times a week in an attempt to improve my situation, an even 10 months. The results to say the least have been visible, I am no longer a twig of a human being. I started at about 155 pounds and am now 180 pounds with roughly 12% body fat and it makes me evidently less repulsive than I was before. Yes, gymming is a cope but I have accepted this and moved forward with the fact that copes actively improve my life no matter how non-real they are. My chances with foids have gone from about 2%-5% but it's still an increase. If you haven't yet accepted that it's over and need a solid cope, head to the gym. Serotonin also prevents the urge to rope.
