In the summer everytime I went to the grocery store or anywhere there were all these steroid manlet bloatcels.
They do it because women are so not into it. Seriously in a world without foids gyms would loose 80% of their members.
 
Being skinny sucks because we have zero fat cells, so basically any lift that is influenced by body weight (e.g. bench press) we are fucked on. I also store zero fat in my arms and chest so I will always look weak and pathetic despite being able to lift more than my friends. I could out lift a friend of mine, but because he stored more fat in his arms and chest he looked way bigger than me and his girlfriend thought that he's way stronger than me. Fuck this trash world it's over ldar
I dont think havin less fat is that bad tbh. Id prefer to be lanky but toned to big but slobby, even if it looks worse. Im very active (biking, hiking, running, skis etc) and id hate to carry useless dead weight around. And lets face it even if we looked bigger we would still be incels

i can lift heavier weights but my physique doesn't change much, lol.

i saw bigger changes overall from eating more meat and not cumming for an entire summer, that seemed to mature my face a little more without making me look old and wrinkled.
the shitloads of taurine and other supplements i was taking in probably didn't hurt either.

Frame basically=height, but fat can hide a garbage frame.

Here is this guy's weight loss transformation. People would say the guy on the left has a massive wide frame compared to the guy on the right.

My mom is 5'1 with a massive frame and had a decent amount of muscle on her without working out growing up (but she's still fat). A lot of manlets have bigger frames relative to their height.

I don't know man these pictures all look they have the same frame to me and they certainly aren't framelets. Your wrists will look bigger when obese, but their bone structure and shoulder width looks the same to me. T If these people roided they would probably get ripped. They look natty and look good.

You're acting like your posting people who were obese and then turned into stick figures when they lost weight, but it's not even close to that. To be honest, I've never seen that happen before.

His frame was big. Look at his shoulder width in the skinny pic it's still large. It's just not filled out like when he was fat or when he was muscular.

Lifting weights makes your bones slightly bigger as well until you get to 25-30.

You think she has a massive frame because she's fat. If she lost weight than she would would look like a giga framelet because she's short. My dad was morbidly obese and then lost weight and I ended up having bigger bones than him after he became skinny.

It's like you're looking at the fat on their shoulders or something and mistaking that for their shoulder width when it actually stops at where it starts sloping. All these people's frames are exactly the same as they were prior to the weight and they aren't gigaframelets. The people you posted prior had solid frames.

The reality is if any of these guys roided they would fill out their frame well and look similar or better except for their forearms and wrists.

You cannot pad your shoulder width if you measure it properly. Apparently at 5'7 with 8inch+ wrists I'm just going to turn into a gigaframelet after losing 40 pounds.

All the people you posted who actually lifted had big/solid frames.

The best thing to do if you have a below-average frame (not way below average, it's completely over for you if that's your case, I just mean 25th-40th percentile) is to stay lean and wear tight shirts with very short sleeves. My arms aren't big at all, but the vascularity and definition and proximity to the small waist trick people into thinking they are. Never let your body fat percentage go above 15% as a framelet, or the jig will be up and you'll just look skinny-fat.

6inches:feelskek:, obviously no, but if you lost body weight your wrist would shrink. The taller heavy weight fighter will always have the bigger frame, but frame isn't everything. Mike Tyson got dwarfed in the ring, but he had unbelievable punching power.
