this morning i was getting ready for work and as i put my uniform shirt on, i noticed how much tighter it has gotten.
the collar felt tighter around my neck and i realized how much my traps have grown. the sleeves tighter around my upper arms. my whole torso filling up the previously baggy, loose shirt.
i have gained nearly 30 pounds in the last few months (120 to 147) and im not stopping any time soon

It will really work when you will notice people treating you better. The real thing about gymmaxing that will always be 100% true is that you no longer struggle to do basic shit like lifting bags or fast walking/running (if you also do cardio/high reps). Be careful about not putting too much fat (bloatmaxxing), i personally don't care about it but face fat will make you uglier.
