Do you do it? Like running,swimming...
I dont and lifting weights seems enough for me tbh.
 
It's useful if you're cutting. Slightly less so if you're bulking. Bad for hardgainers.
 
It depends on your goal. Its good for your heart and health but not good for bulking up.

It's secondary to lifting, for sure, even if you're trying to lose weight. Focus on getting strong and getting lean will come with that (provided your diet isn't crazy - doesn't have to be perfect, but decent). Heart health is important, though, so you should do some cardio eventually, ideally by going out hiking or riding a bike or something. The treadmill will kill whatever's left of your soul
 
havent done cardio in a long time since i just want to gain weight
 
If you like it do it,if not don't.It's bullshit that it hinders bulking or eases cutting,it's all about food consumption.
but only because I wanna lose weight to look good not to be healthy
It's not about what you eat,but how much you eat.
 
If you want to lose weight, then cardio is the better option
