Gym works by removing face fat. Most normies who become chadlite/chad after gymming is because they already had the Chad facial bones/genetics but ate too much goyslop and were lazy.
 
Gym is cope unless you are overweight
 
You have to be at least 5/10 facially for the gym to matter.

It does help. I have a turbo redpilled friend (my last friend we knew each other from middle school) ans he was a ltn 6'2 fatcel.

Then he discovered redpill, started turbo gymmaxxing. Lost some fat, went facially to mtn and since then he had a couple hookups and how has a ltr.

If you are a fatcel gymcelling can definetly help, same if you are tall, muscle halo exists.

Obv doesnt work for manlets, framelates and true facially-disadvantaged cels.
