It isn't, but the punishment will not only not hurt them that badly, it'll probably make them stronger. This is publicity for them, and all they have to do is pay their taxes. It's not like they don't have the money, all they have to pay is a little bit of the money they already have.

But ask any American what the IRS is like to those who don't pay their taxes, but agree that these whores will get a milder version of reprisals compared to the average American citizen for IRS tax evasion allegations.
Them losing 30% of their money is still a good thing no matter what. Foids know they have to pay their taxes or they wouldn't try to hide their venmos and snapchats. Even if you don't get them shut down, you are causing them mental anguish anyway. Who can sleep easy at night knowing they are being investigated by the IRS?

I don't think they do know they have to pay taxes. If someone on their side suggested that they pay taxes, the worst reaction they'd give was "So do waiters who accept tips have to pay taxes? Do kids running lemonade stands have to pay taxes? We only don't come after them because, typically, they don't make that much money. If you're gonna come after us, if you really care about the law you have to come after everyone." But most women will shrug it off and pay their taxes if it means they no longer have to work in the shadows. And if we give them this kind of publicity only for them to win the war of ideas?
