European/white is someone who has yamnaya ancestry. Most levantines and Afghans, even ones with light hair/eyes or white passing don't have this.

No all Europeans are a mix of ANF/EEF, Steppe, and HG.
Afghans have some Steppe/Yamnaya in them, but a bunch of other stuff as well.

Also the amounts of Steppe/Yamnya is quite low in all other IE, it's mostly found in Europe.
All Europeans, like I said, are a mix of Steppe/Yamnaya, EEF/ANF, and WHG.
