You can grab a couple cm if you are under 24 however if you are older it's either gymmaxx or breaking your bones and rebinding them with metal pins aka surgerymaxx in the third world. With your height I say it ain't worth it just get some lifts like most of us.

If your growth plates haven't closed then yes, but most close at like 16-18.
