To be honest, a lot of people do underrate the importance of food though.

im lanky as fuck, however I have high facial fat distribution due to genetics, which I was self conscious about for a long time. I did keto for a while until I became significantly underweight and that was when I realized that there was just no way to get rid of my facial fat.

I actually don't even have a very healthy diet, I eat tendies and fries all the time and I would have a shit ton of vitamin deficiencies if I wasn't taking the right supplements. my only rule is just never eat dessert/soda/candy and keep added sugars as low as possible.

I actually like chickenwings with rice. It is extremly simple yet delicious at the same time. I usually eat 125g of rice and 750g of chickenwings. But I do enjoy a lot of different meals though.

I can actually eat all day long. I never feel really saturated. I try to eat a lot. Here an example of how it looks like:
''800g noddle with meatballs and sauce
500g or 8x civapcici, 125g rice and 150g special sauce with onions, I also drunk an entire bottle of Coke to it, which is another 1,5l
350l milk with 10g of whey protein
2x raw eggs
138g yogurt + 12g chocolate balls''
