I made the mistake of venting my frustrations to my incel co-worker "friend", i respected this guy because despite his shitty life, similar to me, he still went to work with motivation and put effort in it when many normies annoyed me with how lazy they were. but i was disappointed to find out he was a brainwashed bluepill incel in denial.

The level of mental retardation of this faggot almost made consider starting a fight with him inside the factory but i knew it was not worth it, so i just ignored it.

let me give you some background: there was a good paying position inside our factory for a new machine operator and the faggot got a promise by the line manager that he would get the position since he worked so much unlike the others.
Time passed and the black pill came to collect, last week the faggot got super pissed that he was passed over for promotion because the manager decided to give the position to one of his fishing friends, a dude who just joined btw, soon the clown came to vent to me and i said:

"No offense, but i also struggle in getting promoted but- the problem lies within. YOU are the cause for the majority of your issues related to work, you need to stop blame shifting and take ACCOUNTABILITY. You don’t deserve more pay just because you’re nice and hard working."
the clown stopped talking to me after that, but he could not cope on how he was tossed aside despite putting so much dedication on getting that promotion, so he quit two days later.

I hope he learned the lesson of life for sub 5 men.
