I'll bet on the grizzly. TBH I kind of skipped through the vid, but one good point is how hunters have always been terrified of grizzlies and hold them with respect and awe, not an animal to be fucked with. The gorilla, while menacing, doesn't have that same reputation. Also, leopards kill young gorillas, and an adult male silverback can kill a leopard but not without injuries...now imagine a gorilla taking on a grizzly
A full framed grizzly would fuck up a full framed gorilla. But a genetically modified one....
