LifeFuel Good news. I barely gained any weight

Somehow despite pigging out multiple times and eating over 3000 calories on most days I've only gained two pounds this entire year. Last year I was 157. This year I'm 159. Still need to lose weight but I'm glad I didn't gain a considerable amount I'll have to lose.

Same I've gotten skinny as shit since I was sick, even after I'm recovered now I'm still only 170 with no muscle mass

Used to hover around 225 bloat + gymmaxxed, peaked out at 308+ with grizzly tier wide frame in early 2023

Only upside is that I've somehow gotten taller now that im light
