They use sex a lot more in the Soviet side and East Germany, using what they call ‘honey traps’ or ‘Romeo spies.’ But it’s much easier to get someone to like you and work with you if you are good-looking and suave and you have the ability to kind of psychologically get into their head a little bit.”
