I'm thinking I really need to train more often, or at least put up more volume. I've been gymcelling using an HIT program by Dorian Yates, which worked very well, but I've been stagnating and it's not working that well anymore. Tbh he was a roids users and I'm a natty, so whatever he does doesn't really apply to me anyway.

Day 1: Upper body mostly, so chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps and abs.
Day 2: Legs and backs, + abs again. So this is also my deadlift day with lots of variations.
Day 3: Rest

Repeat. What do you guys think about following this schedule? I'd hit all my muscle groups at least twice a week this way, which is crucial for me since I'm a somewhat advanced/elite lifter.

I want to hit a powerlifting national record so that I can prove to the world that muscles are cope, and to mog gaslighting normies who tell me to hit the gym. I'm convinced that with proper training I can make it. I know damn well, better than anyone, that muscles do not attract women if you have shit genetics anyway.

You start off by going to the gym for women, but then you realize that it's cope and you just end up going to the gym just for the sake of being a gymcel.
Doing biceps on day 1 might inhibit your back training on day 2
I could go light on the bicep work by not going to failure and always leaving 2 to 3 reps in the tank. I don't know. I feel like this is a routine I have to try. I'll start on sunday.

personally I think ppl split is better but what you have would probably work fine too.

I prefer push-pull-legs

Biggest problem I have with your routine is you are doing back and legs on the same day. Those are the two biggest muscles and it takes a lot out of you. Doubtful you can train both with the proper level of intensity.
