I'm thinking I really need to train more often, or at least put up more volume. I've been gymcelling using an HIT program by Dorian Yates, which worked very well, but I've been stagnating and it's not working that well anymore. Tbh he was a roids users and I'm a natty, so whatever he does doesn't really apply to me anyway.
Day 1: Upper body mostly, so chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps and abs.
Day 2: Legs and backs, + abs again. So this is also my deadlift day with lots of variations.
Day 3: Rest
Repeat. What do you guys think about following this schedule? I'd hit all my muscle groups at least twice a week this way, which is crucial for me since I'm a somewhat advanced/elite lifter.
