I’ve been going for like the past 8 months and have seen good progress which has helped me stay motivated and determined. One thing I have noticed is that I get angrier an irritated more often. And have more frequent violent thoughts. Sure I don’t act out on them but I’d be lying if I said it was easy to suppress.
I’ve grown a desire to lash out and act out on my anger/violence and randomly ouch things in my house until my knuckles are red and sometimes even bruised up.
Every day that passes more and more anger builds up inside me and the gym is the only place i can express it without harming anyone.
There are some days however where the gym isn’t helpful is releasing it even tho it was a great workout. And when I’m back home im still pissed off.
No I haven’t taken any PEDs and am natural. No roid rage shit. I’ve been thinking of getting some boxing gloves and a punching bag to try to release it so I don’t hurt myself or even worse, some random bitch.
