Cope Going on NoFap to try and fix my libido

I've had pretty low libido for quite a while now. I feel like part of it is because of the jewpills I'm on but I also think I've burnt myself out by masturbating too much. I know NoFap is a big meme but I actually am going to try it for a while to see if I can fix this.

Recently I've been masturbating not out of horniness but out of boredom so I'm trying to stop doing that to try and get my libido back to normal and hopeful be able to enjoy it more when I go back to it.

I'd advise to try & eat some stuff which is high in Zinc, B Vitamins, and which also raises testosterone

Try some leg workouts also as well

I've heard pomegranates can help with this
