Literally just go to social media and find public pages like "anime schizos in ... town" or any thing you like, like video games, anime, retardation, incel forums, racism, tiktok, sports, books. Then chat with people, say "hey you're like a really cool dude, wanna hang out and go to ... ? it's going to be really awesome" then invite them to a discord or something and create a discord with really cool people you want to hang out with. Then every time you talk to them ask them what type of interesting people they know and invite them to and try to talk and hang out with them. If there are no social media pages like this about things that are at least somewhat niche popular, you can create and admin them and probably create a pipeline into ascending.
You can literally start posting on this website "LF people from my town".
That's how you're supposed to create a social circle.
Here are some interesting things to do from the top of my head:
Show up to a feminist venue in your town and start acting very low inhib (women are very easy to dominate and make fun off, you can also all wear scary masks or something so they don't film you)
Show up to a venue you like (like anime, video games, tech, music, political or something else gathering)
Play tabletop games (cringe incelcore I know)
Play outdoors like whenever nerds gather for fake swordfighting and roleplaying
Go to a music thing, like a rave or a concert (clubs are brutal for being mogged, but if you're low inhib it could be fun)
Or a shootout
Or a fighting try out
Or visit a prison
Or a historical reconstruction event (like when they all dress and act and talk like people from a certain age)
Go to the most badass church in 1hr radius and attend the sermon/eucharest/whatever
Or just try to climb it or some other building (make sure you won't get legally raped)
Go to a natural landscape nearby, like a mountain, a lake, a river or something difficult to cross and create an arbitrary goal, like do 10 photoshoots at every interesting place you find and make it as badass as possible (negate your ugliness as best as you can)
Or like just decide to try your best at attending a drunk party in your town (start scouting social media for junkies and retards looking for money bags, they should be easy to be on par due to degeneracy) (don't actually do this it's degenerate)
Or sportsmen gathering
Or a bum base
Or an occult place
E-sports events are usually free for all
Or a pagan gathering (like where they burn stuff, they often post about it on social media and its FFA)
Or a punk gathering
Or whatever Idk think about something interesting and unique, like try to use your mind to think of stuff for 1 hour. Or just find a list of things to do on the internet from the most badass people you can find
Whenever you go try to talk to people and act low inhib or insane, some of them you will meet and they will be cool, just stop caring about getting mogged
