Giving myself a heart attack from high blood pressure induced by sugar

I believe I have prediabetes. I haven't actually been tested but every time I have sugar I test my blood pressure and it's extremely high. Ofc my family doesn't care and tells me it doesn't matter. They refuse to drive me to a doctor and I don't have health insurance so who cares really.

This week I've made sure to engage in lots of sugar. I can't sleep very well due to the intense chest pain so I drink more caffeine which gives me greater chest pain. I'm hoping I'll have a diabetic coma or heart attack. My blood pressure is so high that I'll probably have a heart attack

My boredom has driven me to try to talk to family members. They inevitably ignore me. I'm completely cut off from verbal communication because I'm inside a house with them and I can't do VC or else they get mad. Due to reasons I won't mention I've been unable to play video games or do anything very much at all. To pass the time I've been cutting myself and permanently fucking up my body as to discourage myself from getting help from a doctor in the future.

I've been through more health issues already than most can imagine. My intestines don't even work right and I've had to take 1.5 capfuls of Miralax every day for the last 6 years just to stay alive. And I need to take it until I die.

Same. Large milkshakes daily, lots of fast food, and candy bars plus snacks. I don't give a fuck anymore. It's impossible to care about long term health when you have so many problems. I don't wanna live long
