My theory is it was actually some kind of AIDS or cancer tbh, but he wouldn't admit it. He never recovered and died by the way.

He looks 15% bodyfat in his built pics.
He prob fell for the single digit bodyfat meme and tried to cut down to 6-8% and then looked skinnyfat (because natties cant get single digit bodyfat without having 99.999999% genetics or drugs) and he probably kept aggressively cutting and cutting until he became anorexic.
