It is absolutely brutal, it is one of the reasons why I barely go to the gym anymore. No amount of lifting can fix being a manlet.

I'll never stop lifting because I enjoy it. But it's all height and frame when it comes to gym mogging. I can lift as much as I want but a 6ft4 skinnyfat dude who's never touched a weight in his life will mog me.
