You screwed up millenials, who created dating apps, which screwed every male but chad/chad lite. Now 80% of males either cannot get sexual validation even once or cannot keep getting sexual validation. Men have subconciously evolved to strive mainly based on our sexual options. 90% of the improvements we make to our lives are for the opportunity to sexually reproduce in adulthood, which defeats the "just improve for yourself!" argument. How many of the people that say this would actually improve themselves if they knew for certain no one around them would ever care or compliment them on the improvement because of some other uncontrollable trait or feature? Very, very few, im positive.
What happens when the majority of able bodied young men are forcibly ripped from the sexual marketplace altogether, because of a combination of their own genetic shortcomings and the recently social media fueled female ego? They see no need to improve. For what? Themselves? Will they work out so that they can go home, sit on the couch and be lonely? Will they get a haircut merely so that they can look in the mirror and say "I look great and thats the only approval i need

We humans just like to justify biological imperative with "im doing this for me" statements, so that we feel like we are more than just our animal urges. Its honestly quite pathetic.
You take away mating prospects, and all you're left with is a generation+ of demotivated men that have no energy to improve themselves or society. They see no need to contribute to a culture that inevitably will not return the favor.
