How the fuck did this happen. I am extremely sick. I keep sneezing and coughing and shit. I am not focussing on my diet at all. Still went to the gym because fuck others tbh ngl. I first started with the bench. Now my previous PR without a spotter was 90kg. With a spotter it was 100kg. I felt suicidal today and decided to give it my all and not perform any half-assed reps. I ended up doing a 110kg full rep with the bar touching my chest. Buddy boyos how is this even possible ded srs?

Not sure about that, the last couple of months I haven't been training that hard though. Been going like twice a week instead of the usual 3. Anyway, I'm not complaining. Perhaps it is my bloatmaxxing finally paying off?

It's possible that you accidentally improved your form. I find for example that I can lift more if I time my breathing well and imagine the faces of people I hate.

To be fair I do think my grip was a bit wider than usual this time, seems like it helped out.

Assuming you're not cheating by bouncing the bar on your chest, you may be experiencing supercompensation. Two weeks isn't enough time to lose muscle size or strength. You need to not train for at least four before it even begins.
