People like Danny Haiphong, Scott Ritter, The Duran, Dialogue Works ect. They say losing Syria to the kikes is actually a good thing because now they are not a burden to Iran anymore. These people never admit defeat and the axis of resistance is always winning even though kikes defeat them at every step of the way with no consequences at all. I’m pretty sure these are just paid shills by Russia to always say they are winning no matter what. Half of them are former US military or former US government so obviously there is something fishy there where they all of the sudden do a 180 and betray their country. The annoying part is they try to act like they are not traitors. “Oh i love Americans just not the government.” Just admit you hate America. There is nothing wrong with that.

One wonders why does he prefer to live in this horrible colonialist country rather than in Venezuela? Cuba? some other muh poor victim of "colonialism", i.e. Old Left country with a moribund economy, empty shelves (Cuba) or outright starvation (Venezuela)?

Spanish must be pretty easy to learn. Except that he likely has no valuable skills and would need to subsist as a manual worker for alms in such an "anti-colonialist" country.

The idea that the downfall of Syria relieves a financial strain on Iran is not wrong, but whether this benefit is worth it compared to the more vulnerable position it puts Hezbollah in remains to be seen.

Honestly, this argument is more true regarding Russia on the face of it -- Ukraine is way more important to Russia than Syria was, so the fact that Russia's resources are no longer being squandered in Syria may ultimately be a good thing for Russia. However, Syria was very important for Iranian power projection in the Levant so it is more difficult to argue that they will win out in the end here.
