I’m 24 wbu. Also, as stated before, it’s not about being fit, it’s about being thinner. It’s what my child self would want anyway.

Depends on your frame. I’d probably be fat at that weight and 180-190 would be good but if you have a wide frame them 208 might be fine, but really any weight loss is better than being 308 pounds.
Even if you only get to 225 it’s still way better than your current weight
