The media keeps the illusion that advances are being made still but once you look into it is all stuff that was already discovered in the 50s. Also, try to think of any great scientist or thinker and see if you can come up with anyone that hasn't already been long dead or is on the verge of dying in the first place. Great men don't exist anymore, modern society just cares about wahmen. I mean, all of them, because women don't have personalities, so it's the gender as a whole that garners attention.
