It only works if you have a decent facial base, so if you have a bad jaw but everything above that looks good, get a jaw surgery. If your whole face is fucked, like mine, don't bother with surgery

Sure you wouldn't become chad, but most 'cels could ascend to mtn with strategically placed fillers/implants paired with an intrusive facial reconstruction like lefort 2 or 3

I've gotten some surgeries, it certainly made me less repulsive, but really it just made me go from "sub2" to "sub5".

My problem is my starting point was exceptionally bad. I know the stereotype is that incels exaggerate their ugliness and while i think that applies for some, I guess you'll just have to take my word for it when I say I was in the bottom 1 percent, even when I was a lean gymcel. Also I have an exceptionally long midface and there's no surgery to shorten the upper part of the maxilla (no leforts even do this).

Facelift, upper and lower bleph, ptosis repair, rhinoplasty(multiple), hair transplant, neck lift, canthoplasty, fat grafting (many times) and jaw surgery.

Got most of the work done overseas where it's cheaper. This was over the course of many years though, I'm poor but live extremely frugally. My first surgery was almost 18 years ago. My most recent surgery was in Korea a couple months ago.

As I said, I live extremely frugally and save up for a long time. I've been getting surgeries for 18 years. Also I go overseas where it's cheaper.

For me personally, probably the eye surgeries since my eye area was horrible.

In general though, it really depends on what your biggest flaw is. It's best to address that first. I know this sounds like common sense, but I've seen guys who are like norwood 3 getting shit like a rhinoplasty and or cheek implants when they should be getting a hair transplant first.

I cba. I tried to go for jaw surgery but it wasnt deemed medically necessary (i got big enough jaw for proper breathing) so i would have to pay out of pocket which i cant afford im a neet and my family is average.

Most people look weird with plastic surgery mane. You truly just have to accept that you're ugly and accept your garbage life that comes with it. You see good amount of bitches with plastic surgery (lip fillers, bbl, Botox) and then end up looking like fishes.

Even Tom Brady looks weird asf with all the plastic surgery he got
