So I've been a fulltime plumber for like what? 5 months or so.....

We had a client around the Afternoon on Tuesday, rang the doorbell and instead of an adult opening the door, a 14yo (I guess) youngster opened it.

I asked:
'Is there any chance I can speak to your parents? They had problems with the central heating boiler located in the insulated balcony cabinet...'

Youngster responded:
'Yea sure, the basement is there'

I'm like... have you heard what I said? Can't you listen or what?
I literally mentioned before, that it's located upstairs...
