Step 2: Men are turned down in school for underqualified women candidates because affirmative action/pussypass
Step 3: Engineering cucks let foids cheat their way through classes or get grade raises from professors
Step 4: Jobs are applied to, again qualified men turned down for women who got free test answers and grade bumps
Step 5: Womens take positions at the company and make it even more cucked, repeating the cycle.

from personal experience it's max 5% femoids in engineering classes, all of them ~2/10 max with high testosterone.
