Serious Gang stalking? WTF?

This just happened to me 5 minutes ago.

So I was sitting on a bench in the city and read some threads about @Weed on here. Like 2 minutes later this guy comes up to me and asks if I smoke. I say "no, why?" and he responds "I thought maybe you smoked weed. I could have given you a number." and walked away.

Like wtf? Is this gang stalking or am I going schizo?

Edit: This happened in the UK btw. Is it common that drug dealers just approach people here?

but you need more than just this one instance to be sure.

There have been other things in the last few months, like cars driving off right when I'm next to them or 3 cars honking at me in 1 day.

stopped cars that drive when i walk past.
my mail is tampered with, too, with small tears in the corners.
remember, the intention of gang-stalking is to instill paranoia in you.
as a result, they target those susceptible to paranoid tendencies, so they won't be believed.
if you are like this, don't speak out to much about it.
their plan A is to make you fall in line to make the gang-stalking stop.

i think i am likely not.
they don't have enough resources to do it.
but it's a minor form that doesn't go into gang-stalking yet.
maybe they set out a car in front once in a while, but i'm not 100% sure of it.
my mail is tampered with for other reasons i won't get into.

i need to know if others have the car thing happening to them.
it makes me uneasy but not come to a full conclusion.
i'm paranoid by nature, so i can't fully trust my own suspicions.
i've accused people of stealing things from me when it wasn't stolen, for example.
and instances of listening to music, focusing on a certain word, and then seeing a billboard with that word on it... i can't see how this is a result of gang-stalking, though it's a weird coincidence.
i don't believe in the 5G psychic thing for example, since i don't think technology is that advanced yet.
