Like in RImworld you can have an "Ugly" character and guess what? He gets a -20 to opinion from all other characters for this. Now I'm playing this other game called Norland and I had this guy who was "Early balding" -20 opinion from all other characters. Also in both these games having a spouse or having sex is gonna greatly increase the mood of those characters which prevents them from becoming depressed or having mental breakdowns.
You know what doesn't influence their mood and they have no need for? Therapy, no therapy modifier that gives a +10000 mood boost that solves all your problems, weird. Must be game made by incels or something.
