i discovered a black-hole sized blackpill recently and it has sucked the only remaining life out of me.

fellow incels, i introduce to you: THE WING SPAN PILL

the ape index is the ratio of your arm length compared to your height. if you have an equal or (heaven help you) NEGATIVE ape index, then its over. you MUST have a positive ape index (meaning your wingspan measurement is longer than your height measurement). a negative ape index means you have short, t-rex arms like this guy here to the right:



notice conor mcgregor standing next to him is the same height. also notice the shoulder height is the same for both of them. now look at their arms. both of conors fists extend an additional 4 inches beyond his. this means conor has a total ape index of +8 inches, which is alpha as fuck. but the t-rex armed guy next to him literally has a -4 inch ape index which is absolutely freakish. this falls in the same category of being a manlet or having a small dick.

My wingspan is truecel tier. I’m 5’9” with 5’10.5” wingspan BUT I have 21” shoulders lean non gymcelled .. so I have just under average wingspan but with >95th percentile bideltoid .. means I have tiny T. rex arms . And they’re thin af too . This is heavily accentuated when I wear lifts
