Fuck me boyos,
I had a social circle filled with virgin losers just like myself, they were all Marvel fanboys and were into all that Comic book shit. I was kind of into it at the time so I got on with them really well. Since I have lost interest in comic books, and everything else really. Probs due to depression that I refuse to see a GP about as I get panic attacks.
They still kind of like me I guess, but we hang out a lot less these days.

Anyways, they've all managed to ascend in 3 years since I've known them and I'm still in the same position I was before.
Fuck, I'd get pissed right now but nothing except clubs are open at this time. How do you guys cope with this shit? I'm literally the only virgin left in my group, fuck, even the fat autistic guy in that group lost his virginity (albeit to a 2/10 fatty).

If you get panic attacks, go to the doctor mate. They'll give you xanax and that shit is amazing. It doesn't help anything related to inceldom, but they make you feel great.

I enjoyed the Deadpool and star wars comics quite a bit, but I moved away from them when I established that social circle and moved more into the MCU and DCCU.

They both bore me now as they're extremely predictable.

I was into X-Men and Spider-Man, one of my therapists had a collection and I read all of them while kids were getting their first kisses and hanging out. This was before the movies came out so needless to say, it was a pretty incel thing.

Happened to me too, all of the people I hung around with eventually drifted away and managed to get laid. That's how I know that I'm legit genetic trash.

It wasn't just a one off thing for some of them who now have long term gf's.

Same shit happened to me, I went back on facebook for the first time in a while and decided to check up on some of my old schoolfriends and LITERALLY every single one of them has a girlfriend and is fairly well accomplished (most have moved out, decent job etc.) Bearing in mind if I posted pictures of these guys on here they'd be barraged with messages telling them how "over" it is and to "LDAR". Meanwhile I'm 24 and don't feel like I've progressed at all since I was 18

The entire basis of CBT/mindfulness is this:

“Think about something else”

Yeah, seriously that’s it. That really is it. The whole thing. There’s nothing more than that. Their solution to your shitty life situation is just to not think about it. Just don’t think about what a loser you are, how lonely and ugly you are, all the things in life you’re missing out on. That’s it.
