i know its a long one but its good. What solidified my decision to not play it was how they butchered the dark brotherhood door.

toxic positivity at its finest lol. If you really take time and pick apart every single aspect of the remake, you realize that overall, it's that: a cheap trash remake. Brainless normie animals celebrate it simply because it wasn't a downright flop. But almost every other aspect that required actual care and effort from the devs, was either neutered (because talentless devs couldn't fix it) or botched. Graphics, style, gameplay, bug fixes, voice acting, etc etc

Exactly. Also the new character faces look nothing like the ones in the original, except just a few high elves. Literally all the faces and their expressions look all the same and disgusting.
I would rather play Skyrim if the original Oblivion didn't exist, Skyrim is at least original and feels original.
