WW1 was caused by imbalance of power that the creation of Germany put on europe and WW2 was caused by WW1, however there was a man that tried to warn france of the dangers that the degenerate french foids were causing to his country by refusing to have kids.
Jacques Bertillon was a French statistician and demographer. In his book La Dépopulation de la France (1892), he warned about the long-term national consequences of France’s stagnant or declining birth rate, especially when contrasted with the rapid population growth in their rival Germany. He saw demographic trends as strategic and existential threats, arguing that France would eventually be outnumbered, outworked, and outgunned by its more powerful German neighbor.
In the 19th century, France experienced a low birth rate due to fertility decline, widespread use of contraception, and liberal foid social norms. Meanwhile, Germany’s population was booming, with high birth rates that increase it's industrial power. By 1910, Germany had a population of about 65 million, while France had just 39 million, a dramatic gap that confirmed Bertillon's warnings, and France would be at the mercy of Germany and was showed to be incapable of fighting Germany without the help of others such as Russia and the usa.
