After I took a couple of bong hits (Amnesia) , lied down on my bed and listened to this Brainwave frequency.... It felt as if I was entering another dimension
and my body couldn´t move, it felt as if I was paralyzed.
Might do it again tonight.

For the ones who dont know:
Ayahuasca is a legit ritual/practice, and will reset your entire system + the way your brain is wired.
I consider going on an Ayahuasca retreat in 2025 (Peru), it might make me NT again.

Then I would advice you to be relaxed, and you need a stress free period for at least 6 months.
I went through lots of stress, so once had to deal with a bad trip.
Just give your body over to the higher powers , relax and everything will be alright.
